Today I noticed my nails and I thought uh-oh … they’re quite pale! As I prepared for death, I tried playing a guessing game as to what my problem was. 

I found this link and started laughing when I realized I was lacking iron. I thought maybe I had cancer. After all that hadn’t happened to me yet. Not that I wanted it to happen, but it was a guessing game 🤔

So I took the time to find foods that help my iron intake and found this. It not only gave me food ideas, but told me why iron is so important for our body.
