Daily affirmations. 

You’ve heard of them. You’ve seen posts on Facebook about them. Maybe you understand. Maybe you don’t. 

Here’s the thang about affirmations. They need to be big enough to scare you and big enough to make you happy. At the same time. 


No matter who you are, where you’re from, remember that you’re a winner! Definitive. No wiggle room. Every time a negative thought hits your brain: respond confidently and matter of factly: I’m a winner! No matter how often you have to tell yourself that. 

Some people struggle with arrogance and thinking they’re better than others because they feel like they aren’t ‘good enough’. No excuses. Tell yourself you’re a winner and act like it!
